1) Corporate clients

Fee Structure
Our fee is based on a percentage of the employees commencing annual salary package i.e. total cost to company.

Conditions of service
• The full fee becomes payable on the day the applicant commences employment – in any capacity, with your Company
or a party to whom you introduced the applicant – within twelve months after our introduction.

• The full fee remains payable if the guarantee is not validated or the employee leaves due to job misrepresentation, redundancy
or re-organization.

Guarantee
• Working for Zimbabwe offers a three-month guarantee effective from the date that our candidate commencing employment
with a company.

• Should a candidate resign or be dismissed from the clients employ within the first three months, Working for Zimbabwe will give the client a 50% cash refund in respect of the placement fee, on condition that the placement fee was paid within 14 days of the candidate commencing employment.

• In the event that the candidate in no longer in your employ,
we must be advised in writing within 3 working days.

Replacement
• If an employee leaves your employ for reasons other than redundancy or retrenchment within the three-month guarantee period, Working for Zimbabwe will endeavor to source a comparable employee free of charge, providing the job specification does not alter. Should the salary package differ an additional invoice will be generated.

• If Working For Zimbabwe is successful in finding a replacement, the 50% refund falls away,

2) Small Business/Household Solutions

Fee Structure
• Permanent placement for a once off administration fee relative to the income bracket of the employee. If the client is unhappy within the 1st month a replacement could be found with a 50% Surcharge.

• The full administration fee becomes payable on the day the applicant commences employment – in any capacity, with your Company or a party to whom you introduced the applicant – within twelve months after our introduction.

• The full fee remains payable if the guarantee is not validated or the employee leaves due to job misrepresentation, redundancy or re-organization.


Temporary Staff

Fees
• An hourly fee is charged based on the required skill level for the job. Minimum of 6 hours per temp.
• Normal and overtime rates, as determined by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, will be charged, unless agreed otherwise.

Service conditions
• Should a temporary employee be appointed permanently, the Permanent Placements Fee Structure (as above) becomes applicable.
• Timesheets and invoices will be submitted weekly and must be paid within 7 working days from invoice.

General Conditions of Service
Clients shall notify Working For Zimbabwe in writing  immediately when a referred candidate is accepted, including when a temp is re-employed or appointed in a permanent capacity.

• Should the client or any subsidiary or company associated to the client engage or re-engage the candidate within a period of 12 calendar months from the date of introduction or termination, a full fee shall become due.
• Working For Zimbabwe uses every effort to maintain high standards amongst its staff, however we shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the client arising directly or indirectly as a result of any action or omission by any person referred
or placed.
• Interest and service charges will be charged
on outstanding amounts.
• The engagement of an applicant introduced by Working For Zimbabwe in any capacity will signify your acceptance
of these conditions.
